You can drop flyers around an area where you are holding an open house to attract potential buyers or others who may be interested in your real estate services. Holding an open house is one way of meeting potential new clients who may be interested in buying or selling. The more you promote your open house, the better your odds will be that someone interested in your services may attend your event.
You may also be able to mail out flyers to promote your new listing to a neighborhood to promote a future open house. After your listing sells you may want to notify the neighborhood that you just sold one of there neighbors properties by dropping or mailing out flyers.
